We have dealt with this company over the past 8 months or so to help with my mother's mobility issues and we couldn't be happier. Despite the challenges of the covid-19 restrictions and guidelines, they have been very helpful and professional on each occasion, whether at their store or in my parents home. We had a stair lift and hospital bed installed in my parents home as well as purchased some other assistive devices and their prices are fair and the installations were done as promised. Steve Fish did the initial visit and quote for the stair lift as well as oversaw the installation and his professionalism and willingness to answer all our questions clearly are what made us finally decide to go with Silver Cross. At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything. While there were a couple of minor hiccups with the manufacturer (likely due to the challenges of these times as it was during the height of covid) Steve had them resolved quickly. Victoria was a pleasure to deal with, as were all the others whose names I unfortunately don't remember. I would deal with them again in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you for all your help and patience during these extra challenging times. Kudos to the whole team!

From start to finish one of the best experiences I've had with a company. Once contacted, Steve was on-site sharing relevant and current information with my parents, patiently answering all questions. He obviously understands his products & services but, more importantly, was polite and friendly. All aspects of the project were clear and easily understandable. A visit to his showroom eased my parents minds and allowed them the opportunity to \test drive\ the equipment. The staff on hand couldn't have been friendlier. As a son of older parents needing these aids it was comforting to see the care and compassion this team has for their older customers. I was quite impressed. Delivery and install of the equipment took place within two weeks. The technician was, again, polite, friendly and knew his product extremely well. Install was painless and perfect. His attention to detail is rare anymore. The two glides were set up, tested and a clear and concise discussion with my parents had them riding with full understanding and confidence. We are extremely satisfied with three different experiences we had with Silvercross during the year of the COVID. Everyone followed COVID safety guidelines which was important to us. Over the past 5 months we’ve purchased a Custom Stairlift, wheelchair lift and three transitions mats to make our home more accessible for my husband, who is a new paraplegic. Dealing with Steve and the admin staff in obtaining a quote was easy and uncomplicated . All were compassionate and helpful in assisting us by providing options and solutions for making life easier for our new life, without pressure to purchase. The quotes were very reasonable and delivery and installation was completed within a couple of weeks. Recently had to abruptly move my elderly mother with mobility problems into my home. Silver Cross came to our rescue. Scheduled a home visit in a day and had two chair lifts installed the next week. The price was exceptional compared to the other quote we received, and the installation was perfect. A very nice experience in a tough time for us.
